The best Texans player to ever suit up for Houston will be honored this weekend against the Arizona Cardinals. Texans legend, and surely fan favorite Andre Johnson will be inducted into the Texans Ring of Honor, which is essentially their hall of fame. He would be the first ever to be inducted into this ring. The Texans and the city have a huge week full of dedicated activities for Andre and the fans as well if anybody wants to catch it.
The Texans and the city of Houston have named November 19th as Andre Johnson day. This will be a day dedicated to the Houston great Andre, and the whole city has an excuse to even brush off their old Johnson jersey and wear it to work (most likely). They will also be having a retirement party for Andre at Bowlmor lanes in which Texans players cheerleaders and TORO will be there to have keep all the fans happy. This would be a great day for Andre, and the city of Houston is doing him well on his own day. Later that week there will be a signing at Palais Royal, and this will let fans meet Andre and get his signature on their favorite gear. Then comes Sunday, where Andre Johnson will be honored during halftime of the Texans vs Cardinals game.
Andre Johnson is the best player to have suited up for the Texans, sorry JJ, and he will be fully respected this weekend. He has earned everything the city throws for him. Lets make this weekend special Houston.
